The Annual Newbern Depot Days 5K Race and Fitness walk is in remembrance of Reverend George Butler and Bart Williams, who began overseeing this race over three decades ago, were dedicated to ensuring the race was held annually, regardless of the number of participants. In their honor, we are continuing this tradition, and all proceeds from the event will benefit the George Butler Memorial Food Pan
